Whether you are joining us for business or pleasure, our prime location – just 10 minutes from Cairns International Airport and one block back from the cosmopolitan esplanade – puts you at the heart of all that Cairns has to offer.

Our on-site team provide exceptional service and are available to assist with all of your accommodation, tour and local information needs.

Due to the global pandemic we have changed our business operating hours and require all guests to answer a few questions at check in.  Please rest assured that the team at Il Palazzo have strict cleaning procedures.

Reception has recently changed its hours due to Covid-19 we are open Monday – Friday 9am – 4pm, Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays 9am – 12pm this includes Festive Season opening hours.

Our after-hours self check-in service is available please advise us if you are arriving outside of the reception operating hours and we will send you the instructions to access your room after-hours.

Please be advised that our free WIFI is not suitable for streaming and can be patchy at times.

Please ensure you read the cancellation policy carefully we do not offer credit or refunds once the cancellation period has lapsed.
