使い勝手の良いキッチン､洗濯機、乾燥機、バスタブありでとても快適でした。シャワーの水の出も良かった。スーパ－が近くにあるので自炊に便利でした。ホテルの方もとても親切です。ケアンズに行くことがあればまたこのホテルを利用したいです｡

Moved to this motel after two nights in a horrible wheelchair accessible room at another hotel in Cairns, room was very clean and bright and inviting. Plenty of room for my husband to wheel around in the living area of the room, bedroom area was a little cramped. Staff where friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

We thouroughly enjoyed our stay. Location is the best and rooms have everything you need. The staff are very helpful and always smiling. If you are looking to get away from the large chain hotels you will love this place.

We stayed for a month and found it to be the best value apartments in Cairns. We have been coming here for 5 years and this is by far the best stay we have had. Leanne and the team are very friendly, helpful and go over and above to make sure that we are comfortable. They even provided me with a place to secure my bike. The Apartment was fantastic and had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

This wonderful boutique hotel was our sanctuary for 7 nights and I cannot recommend it highly enough. It is centrally located within the city of Cairns and was within walking distance to everything we needed - shopping centres, restaurants, bus stations, rail station, lagoon, harbour and marina. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with balconies looking over the street or the pool. The hotel has a lovely relaxing indoor outdoor feel to it and the pool was heated and never overcrowded. The staff were very obliging and friendly and any requests were handled diligently. Make sure that you don’t miss the rooftop area which has amazing views over the harbour, city and mountains.

The hotel was a perfect location and gave us quick access to restaurants and the wharf. We booked our reef trip and rainforest trip at the front desk with no problem. In addition, in spite of us arriving around 3 am due to a very delayed flight we were received warmly.

we stayed in an upgraded room and were very happy. The facilities in the room were very satisfying and every little detail had been thought of. Right in the heart of the action we did not have to walk very far to get to restaurants.

Loved everything about the place. The reception was always manned and they were always very helpful. The room was large and comfy. There were a heap of restaurants close by, as well as a supermarket just up the street. The only thing I would recommend is that television could be a tad bigger compared to the living room size.

Centrally located, lovely place. Courteous staff and very helpful. Easy to locate with plenty of parking. Totally secure so you feel safe. Spacious room, lovely layout. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Spent the last night of our holiday at this hotel. Very central and within walking distance of the Cairns Esplanade and most shops and restaurants. Very happy with our room which also has self contained kitchen and a laundry which was great to wash and dry clothes rather than taking home dirty clothes.

excellent hotel, clean , tidy rooms with a balcony. Pool area is nice and relaxing. In the heart of Cairns, walking distance to marina , shops, restaurants. Staff are very helpful and friendly. We had 3 rooms booked and arrived early and they done there best to have the rooms ready. I would recommend this hotel.

Pros: The Il Palazzo has very friendly and helpful staff. The room was comfortable and inviting and had a nice pool as well. The location is very convenient Location: great WE HAD A WONDERFUL TRIP, UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE ABOUT GREAT BARRIER REEF ,ESPECIALLY OCEAN SPIRIT CRUISE AT MICHAELMAS CAY.

Stayed here for three nights. The rooms are a good size, with a seperate bedroom and bathroom there is plenty of room. There is a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom which is handy, the rooms are clean although they are a bit dated. However that is a minor issue. It’s in a good location for everything and has on site parking. The rooms at the back can be a bit noisy due the the air conditioners of the restaurants behind the hotel, but the smell from the restaurants was wonderful. Will definitely make this my regular when in Cairns.

Il Palazzo is in a fantastic central location in Cairns, we walked everywhere in Cairns from the hotel. Apartments are really spacious and clean with super comfy beds (I had the best nights sleep…). It was my first time to Cairns with my fiancé. Teagan and Leanne were lovely and super helpful, made us feel so welcome. They helped arrange tours and activities for us which saved us heaps of time and meant we made the most of our precious time in Cairns (their local knowledge was invaluable). Thanks to the Il Palazzo team for making our holiday to Cairns amazing! Can’t wait to come back and stay!

I chose this hotel based on location and TripAdvisor comments. The one thing I didn't know beforehand was that there is a parking garage with easy elevator access. Since parking in this part of Cairns is a challenge, this is very handy. The elevator is spacious but a bit slow at times. Check-in was easy but not before the check-in time (2 pm). The room/apartment was super clean with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room, and small balcony. The bathroom has a washer and dryer but no ventilation, so the room becomes rather humid when you use the dryer. We used the fan in the bedroom to blow out the humid air into the living room. The towels were a bit hard but the bathroom amenities were nice. WiFi worked well for us. The staff was very helpful in pointing out how to use the dryer or how to open the balcony door. From the balcony you can see the Flying Foxes during the day or evening. The hotel is close to the Esplanade and the marina and to many restaurants. The price is very competitive. I would stay there again. Recommended!

The Il Palazzo is located right in the center of Cairns with excellent walking access to all sites and attractions. In suite laundry and kitchenette were very convenient for our stay. The staff were accommodating and friendly. Their on site tour booking was very helpful. Rooms were clean, neat & tidy.

Rooms very comfortable with every little detail taken into consideration, although all the switches were a little overwhelming at times! Lounge really comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need, except a tea strainer. Light in the wardrobe to see into your suitcase was perfect. Found the bed a little too soft. Very good set up with laundry in the bathroom but laundry detergent not provided. Rainforest shower with light was stunning. Electric toilet was fun to use. Balcony was a shared area and not undercover. Loved the location as you could wander down to the Night Markets and many resturants close by. Undercover parking provided at no cost. Will definitely return.

I recently stayed here for 2 weeks on business, but it certainly did not feel like it, it was more of a holiday, the location is perfect, close to the night markets full of culture and food, a stone throw away from the cairns esplanade!, the staff are amazing always seeing how your day is, the room and hotel facilities are wonderful, beautiful pool, massive rooms so functional and relaxing, and with being a quite 40 room hotel, you are in your own world! This is a great little hidden gem in the heart of Carins close to culture and the business or something special of a life time! Thank you very much staff.

The location is just amazing and the balcony has such a nice view. You're steps from the night markets and water is just a block or 2 away. On the way you can stop at Woolworth's which is seriously a block over. The room itself is a spacious suite with a separate living room area, dining table and kitchenette. We didn't cook much but it was nice to have. There are laundry facilities in the room, though no soap.

I have stayed here on many occasions, the hotel is located in a central location in Cairns, a street back from the esplanade, a small stroll to the night markets, and a few hundred meters to Cairns Central shopping centre and Great Barrier Reef terminals. The hotel itself is very clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and make you feel welcome. Travelling for work this place is your home away from home. The new management also brighten up the hotel.

A clean, quite, comfortable apartment. The owners/managers (two ladies) were very welcoming, informative and very friendly. A lovely two day stay. We could hear not hear any noise from neighbouring rooms and road outside. Perfect. We will return without hesitation. Sue and Norm G Mission Beach.
